LINGU AT is located in the historical centre of the city just a short stroll from Piazza Erbe, one of the town's most beautiful piazzas which was once the home of the ancient roman Forum. Tucked right in the heart of the city, LINGUA IT is close to all services and is surrounded by prestigious shops, stylish cafés and many of Verona's most important monuments.

Classes in all Standard Italian Language Courses are held from 9.00am to 1.00pm, Mondays to Fridays. The first three hours of the Italian language course are principally dedicated to grammar, syntax skills and communication while the last hour is dedicated primarily Latin culture, history and civilization. 

 

Included in the Standard Language Course are two weekly afternoon activities: a guided tour of Verona with an Art History professor focusing on different aspects of the city's art, architecture and history each week. On the first day of our school LINGUA IT all students (beginners excluded) take a short test to ascertain which Italian course level is most appropriate for them to join.  At the end of the program students will receive a diploma/transcript detailing course content.   After class, students can explore the city of Verona, its many museums, the university, galleries, art exhibits, cathedrals, a roman amphitheater and other historical sites located throughout the city.
